Based on below condition, i tried to replicate a case
As an agent, i marked the status as AWAY and i logged out from the system
As a user, i tried connecting with an agent and the ticket got queued.(We have enabled the queue setting- and its inside working hours)
After 8 mins, the ticket got missed automatically as no agent has logged.
But in doc, its mentioned as below. But how long will it take to automatically mark the ticket as closed from queue chat
